How to use Orders Section ?

    This section represents everything you need to know or to do about your orders, abandoned carts, and anything related to them. This article will give you a quick introduction about each of the The orders section components. 


  1. All Orders


This division lists all your orders in a board of 7 columns: Orders Reference, Creation date, Customers, Payment status (Paid, pending, or unpaid), Shipping status, Total meaning the total price of the order, and the actions you can take on each order (Edit or print the order) .



  1. New Order


In this page you can create a new order for numerous reasons, the first is if the customer made an order by phone, or made it through the website but misspelled a mandatory information. In this case, you go to this page and create a new order with the right information.


In order to create a new order, first choose the product(s), choose the quantity, type in a discount and its type if there is, finally find the new order’s customer or create a new one.



  1. Abandoned Carts



This section contains 4 pages, Dashboard, Abandoned carts, Settings, and Email templates : 


  • Dashboard:  This page displays statistics about your recovered revenue and orders, Total sent emails and links clicks, and finally the percentage of your conversion rate as well as Click through rate. 


  • Abandoned carts: This page shows a board of abandoned carts with 4 columns : Customer name, Reminded (yes or no), Creation date, and Actions to take on this abandoned cart(view cart).


  • Settings: On this page you can set up to four reminders delays.


  • Email templates : This section represents all your four abandoned carts reminders templates. You can edit these templates however you want.
