All Orders
As introduced in the Orders section article, the All orders page contains a board of 7 important columns. In this article, we will dive into each feature this section provides.
1 | This button enables you to search for a specific order. |
2 | Here is where you find the orders reference. |
3 | This is the creation date of your orders. |
4 | This column displays the name of your customers. |
5 | Here appears the payment status of your orders. (Paid, Pending, or Unpaid) |
6 | This is where the shipping status displays, either Fulfilled, or Unfulfilled. |
7 | The Total column shows the total price of the order. |
8 | In the Actions column, this button allows you to edit your order. |
9 | This button grants you the authority to print orders. |
10 | The Export button allows you to export your orders and turn them into a downloadable file. |

Now that the All orders page is crystal clear, let’s focus on the order editing. (Button 8)
1 | This button allows you to cancel an order. |
2 | This button generates a Seller note to send to a customer in order to request a payment. |
3 | By clicking this button, you get a case to type in the tracking number as well as a seller note. Once you click Save, the order becomes fulfilled and a notification letter will be sent to your customer. |
4 | This button lets you pass the present order as “Paid”, which will generate a button allowing you to refund the same order. |
5 | This column lists the order’s products by name. |
6 | This column lists the order’s products by price. |
7 | This column lets you know if the order’s products are tracked in the inventory or not. |
8 | This column lists the quantity of the orders products. |
9 | This column lists the total price of each of the order’s products. |

11 | This button allows you to edit the colors displayed on your product page |
12 | This button allows you to edit or add the customer information. |
13 | This column allows you to add a shipping address. |
14 | This button allows you to print the order details document. |
