How to reset a forgotten password?

    If by any bad luck you forgot your password, fear nothing. YouCan provides its customers with a “Forgot your password” service that allows them to request a password reset. 

• In case you’ve forgotten your store password, visit Forgot Password

1	Enter your store name.
2	Enter the email associated with your store.
3	Click “Send” to receive a link to reset your password.

• Enter your store name and Email in order to receive a link to reset your password.

• Go to your mailbox:

• Click “Reset your password”

1	Type in your new password.
2	Click “Reset” to complete the process.
