    Customized emails for customers hit differently than general emails, therefore it is important to customize your emails depending on each situation.

    In this area, you can add customized emails for your customers such as a Welcome email, Refund order email, Fulfilled order email and much more.

To do that: 

1	Enable the type of email you want sent out to your customers.
2	Edit the templates by customizing the Subject, the Button text & the Content of the email.
3	Add the variables available for use.
4	Click on Save
