In the categories section of your store, you’ll be able to see all of the categories you have created for your store and also be able to create new ones.
When you first click on categories, this is what you’ll see:
1 | Type the name of a category |
2 | Click to see the subcategories |
3 | Click to view the category |
4 | Click to edit the category |
5 | Click to delete the category |
6 | Click to create a new category |
After you click on Add a category
1 | Write the name of your new category |
2 | Type in the slug |
3 | Write the description of your category |
4 | Check the box if you want it to appear on the collection page |
5 | Click to upload a thumbnail |
6 | Click on Save |
After you click on save, you can re-open the category to edit the Search Engine Optimization.
1 | Write the Meta slug |
2 | Write the Meta title |
3 | Write the Meta description |
4 | Upload Meta images |
5 | Click on Save |
