How do I use the All customers page ?

    In order to create a list that makes it easier for you to interact with the store's customers or potential customers, YouCan provides a customer list that can be modified at any time to facilitate your transactions.


    In our YouCan.shop Dashboard , you will find the customers section on the left, Once you click on it you will be directed to a list of customers that have already purchased from your store.
  While Clicking on Customers a menu of two section will appear where you can chose > New Customer All customers Or New customers

  • Customers: shows a list of all customers that purchased from your store, There Data is stored on this section

Start typing to search for customers: For Ex:Name, City, Email..

Full name of the customer

Phone number to contact customer if needed

Creation date means the date where the order has been done

Actions towards each customer check 6-7

Icon of modification, is to edit customer’s informations, Check below more

Delete, in case you want to delete customer’s information

6- Edit customer: Once you click on this option you will be directed to a new page called Customer overview (same as if you click on the name of the customer) You can add information as you can delete or change each customer's information.




1.Customer Overview:

For Customer Overview (1) you will find

Customer's email

The customer's country

The client's region

The customer's city

The customer's phone number

Note: If you want to add some notes about your client.


2.Customer Address:

For Customers Address (2) you will find a button on the right + New address which allows you to add information about your customer's address, A note or a specification about address.

It is an option to activate or deactivate the new address for your customer.

*To prevent any issue on shipping we seperate the first name from the last name.

In case the address is longer.

Once you finish from this area you click on Save to save all the modification or information added.



8)Export: This option can help you export customer by their information:

  1. Filter by date: where you can filter by date from .. To.. 

  2. Selected Fields: the information that you want to have on your export document

  3. Available fields: The available information of customers that you have on your store.



Once you click on Download  *The exported file will be exported to your computer as an Excel document
