Can I Change Settings in the Store?

Settings is the section that lets you manage your different store settings, ranging from general to more detailed and personalized settings such as Account, Billing, Payment, Checkout, Emails and much more.

Here is a brief description of the settings available in our store :

Account:

Account settings let you manage and edit basic information about your store, see the recent login history, set up your two-step authentication & your staff account, more on that here.

General:

This area is where you can set up your store information such as name and description, as well as adding your social media accounts, add the information that will appear on your customers’ invoices, and the maintenance section to close or reset your store. Online:

In Online, you can set up Google analytics, Facebook and Snapchat pixels, also setting up CSS/JavaScript configuration in either the header, footer or the thank you page of your store, as well as setting up notification that you wish to receive. More on that here.

Billing:

This section is where you can add your billing and buy credit for your store, you can choose between 3 options : Moroccan local card, International card and PayPal. For a step by step process, read here.

Payment:

This where you can set up how you want to receive payments from your future customers, we have different methods available for you, including PayPal, Stripe and Cash on delivery (COD), as well as adding a custom payment method. Checkout:

You can choose if your customers are required to have an account before checkout or not. You can choose between 3 options. More on this here.

Emails:

In the emails section, you can set up and customize the type of emails you want sent to you customers. We have different templates, but feel free to customize to your liking. Read more on this here.

Shipping zones:

To set up a shipping zone, this is the place for it, it’s important to set up the shipping zone where you will be offering your products. We have a step by step process here.

Integrations:

In integrations, you can create a new google sheet for your store, and customize what it’s going to show. If you want to know the importance of setting up a google sheet for your store, click here.

Multi Currency:

A multi currency store definitely functions better than a single currency store if you’re targeting the international market, more on that here.

Privacy policy:

Here is where you can enable if you want to ask your customers to give their consent in regards to cookies and trackers that you’ve set up, if you want to know how to do that, click here.
