YouCan.shop: Dashboard explanation

 

The dashboard on YouCan is simple and easy to use, It includes statistics on your sales and profits.


The side menu includes many options to customize your store.


As you will notice, the options are divided into sections, (there is a detailed explanation for each section separately).



  1. Orders : this section contains all information about all your orders, including adding a new order as well as abandoned carts.

  2. Products : the products section allows you to list all your products, add a new product, list your categories, add and manage your reviews, and finally manage your inventory.

  3. Up Sells : this section enables you to edit your upsells as well as adding new ones. This marketing technique is well recommended to double your sales.

  4. Coupons : this section lets you edit, add, or delete discount codes.

  5. Customers : this section shows all your customers statistics and allows you to add new ones.

  6. Store : Store section is a major section, It allows you to edit or design anything you want in your store.

  7. Insights : the insights section displays all your orders and traffic statistics as well as your store conversion rate, checkout funnel, visitors…

  8. Invoices : In this section you can manage your invoices. Add to your balance and pay your due invoices.

  9. Apps : in this section you can find a set of noteworthy applications that will make it easier for you to run your store.

  10. Support : from this section you can contact our support team if you ever face any kind of problem in our platform, we will solve it as soon as possible.

     

Settings : in this section, you will find all the settings for your account, general settings, online, billing, payments, checkout, emails, shipping zones, integrations, multi currency, privacy policy.
