How to use the COD Manager App?

    This app helps you to organize, list, trace and follow your cash on delivery orders. 


Get started: 




  1. Switch

Activate the switch. 

  1. COD Manager

Click to modify the COD Manager settings.


The COD Manager page contains 8 rubrics to know :




  1. Leads 

Here you control the list of COD's orders and its information: reference, creation date, customer name, the order’s amount, order’s label.. Etc 

  1. Kanban 

Here orders are listed by labels.

  1. Stats 

Here stats of orders by pipelines.

  1. Mass operations 

Here you can move leads from a pipeline to another.

  1. Pipelines 

Here you can create, add or modify pipelines.

  1. Users 

Here you can add or modify users information and determine its permissions.

  1. SMS

Here you can add or modify the SMS that are sent to the customer

  1. Settings 

Here you can modify how many leads in Kanban view and the duration of the lead planification
