How to add new customers on my store?

What is a customer?

    Customers are the individuals that purchase your products or services exposed on your store.
Customers are added directly to the customer section once they purchase from your store, but sometimes you can receive orders from Whatsapp or other social media such as facebook and instagram, to make your work organized you need to add New Customer.


How can this option New Customer can help?

    This option helps in adding new customers to your store data, adding Customers information, such as Shipping Address and Phone number and more..
*In order to create a list that makes it easier for you to interact with the store's customers or potential customers, YouCan provides a customer list that can be modified at any time to facilitate your transactions. All customers who buy products from your store, their information is saved within customers for future access. You can also edit it and add other information about them if you want to.

Let's Add New Customer on YouCan Dashboard, go to Customers> New Customers



The page is divided into two option or area, the first one:

  1. Customer overview

  2. Customer Address

    Customer Overview: Where there are 8 Fields that you can fill about your new customer:

The customer's first name

The customer's last name

Customer's email

The customer's country

The client's region

The customer's city

The customer's phone number

Note: If you want to add some notes about your client.



  1. Customer Address


    The second Area called Customer addresses, you will find a button on the right + New address that allows you to write additional information about your customer's address or when a customer changes its address.











After clicking on Add Address a page will show,

An option

It is an option to activate or deactivate the new address for your customer.

*To prevent any issue on shipping we seperate the first name from the last name.

Company Name

In case the customer has

Phone number

To contact the customer if needed

Address line #1

The full Address

Address line #2

In case the address is longer.

Which county customer is living

Or postal Code




**After finishing you need to click on save to keep the information updated and saved.
