We don’t have the option to delete the undesired abandoned cart, especially if you are not setting a reminder it will be stuck on the page.
We have reminders after 10mins but it may take till 25 min to be sent ( 15min difference) ; as a normal seller hard to understand the flagging process.
In view actions, the reminders are not in FIFO.
Abandoned carts are not listed by FIFO, the first email received for the second abandoned cart.
Received the second email 5 min after the first one, while i'm putting 10min in the reminder
