How do you professionally handle Abandoned Carts?

 We don’t have the option to delete the undesired abandoned cart, especially if you are not setting a reminder it will be stuck on the page.


  • We have reminders after 10mins but it may take till 25 min to be sent ( 15min difference) ; as a normal seller hard to understand the flagging process.

  • In view actions, the reminders are not in FIFO.

  • Abandoned carts are not listed by FIFO, the first email received for the second abandoned cart.

  • Received the second email 5 min after the first one, while i'm putting 10min in the reminder



Second try:

  • when trying to convert an abandoned cart to order manually the customers' search field does not work properly.
