Create a product:
In order to add products to your YouCan store, follow the steps below:
1 | Enter the Name of your product |
2 | Enter the Slug of the product |
3 | Enter a Description of your product |
4 | Check the Visibility box if you want the product to be visible on your store |
5 | Add Storage details if you have any (SKU, Barcode, Weight) |
6 | Check the Track inventory box if you want your store to keep track of your inventory. |
Pricing:
7 | Enter the Price of your product. |
8 | Enter the Price Before Discount here. |
9 | Select which Category this product belongs to. |
10 | Add Images or Video links of your product |
Variants:
11 | Enable the variants |
12 | Click on Add an option |
13 | Write the Name of the option |
14 | Select the Type from the drop down menu |
15 | Write the Value of the variant, it could be colors or sizes for example. |
16 | Add a picture, edit the prices and storage details for each variant. |
Advanced options:
In advanced options, you can add related products to a product, enable or disable sections as well as change their order by clicking on a section and dragging it.
17 | Add related products, these products will appear at the bottom of the product page |
18 | Enable Custom product settings |
19 | Enable or disable, and change the order of the sections |
SEO:
To improve the way products appear on search engines and social media sites, YouCan provides you with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for each product.
20 | Enter the Meta slug |
21 | Enter the Meta title |
22 | Enter the Meta description |
23 | Click to upload Meta images |
24 | Click on Save |
This is how the product will appear on your store after you’ve finished and clicked on save.
