UP SELLS is a feature that provides you with the ability to suggest other products related to the same product that a specific customer bought, and to entice him with the reduction associated with buying a specific commodity and contribute to raising the percentage of sales in your store.
To benefit from this feature, go to Up Sells > New Up Sell.
First, enter the title of the offer, for example “Great choice, don't miss this unique and special offer” and then choose the product that you want to offer by entering its name in “If customer buy”. When buying this product, the offer will include another product, whose name should be entered within Show this offer.
Then enter a description of your offer that includes words of motivation for the targeted audience.
Next, you need to customize the “Yes” and “No” buttons within the Actions section. You can also modify the words, colors and the weight of the offer.
NOTE: the “One click upsell” feature only works on Stripe and cash on delivery payments.
